Meh, $GOVX would actually have to be developing something worthwhile. Funding for fund what?.. another fluff PR about patenting a procedure? If the company didn't rinse & repeat so much then maybe the trading community would take them a bit more seriously....but alas... history has a way of repeating itself on the OTC's...
