Hmmm, don't see where I said it's going to take the FDA months to approve the protocols or testing. This is a good example of how important context is for quotes, like the quotes people pull out of company PRs.

The context was that I was responding to a question about the possible negative impact of the SEC filings. And in that context I was discussing potential for impact on the company and stock price.

And what I said in the quote above is that the greatest driving factor of the stock price over the upcoming months is not the SEC filings, but whether they are able to pass the testing.

I don't know when that will happen, tomorrow, next week or next month. But what I'm saying is that if they pass the test next week, that is the factor that will drive the stock price for months and if they don't pass the testing, whether next week or next month, that is going to be the greatest factor driving the stock price regardless of the SEC outcome.
