The real PPS value is .005 because that is all anyone buying "new shares" is willing to pay. In any other market other then penny land that is what the retail price would also be. To me and any other investor looking at what PMCB has for assets and looking at financials a market cap of $8 Million (.005 x 1,600,000,000 shares) is way to high. But we are in penny land where dreams are more important than facts and that is the only reason this company of Nothing is still at 2.2 cents. In reality PMCB is worth less then Nothing because CIAB is worth Zero and the company has more debt then cash so the true value is less the Nothing.
