Case in point. In the middle of a state of emergency due to a pandemic you recommend pulling Sherri away from dealing with the city's business in order for her to carry Spencer's water?!

Wouldn't it make more sense for Spencer to issue an update on the project and financials for the quarter ending Dec 2019 and financials for the quarter ending March 2020?
