It's retail imo, every time someone slaps the ask some idiot undercuts it, just traded 100k shares at .0022 then the idiot put a block up at .0021 followed by another idiot who put an ask in at .002

Again we're at a HOD of .003 and a LOD of .0019 but the best bid is .0011 and best ask at .002

So yeah, just that, games
