It's a hoot to look over ancient credit card statements. A few years ago I found a box with statements from 20 years ago. Such memories of great meals and nights out! Very much like a diary. You wonder why anyone opens a restaurant. Virtually all of those restaurants are long gone.

I've joked about the mother-lode for historians that would come with finding Abraham Lincoln's CC records. LOL! Two tickets for Ford's Theater!

Recently I attempted to list every stock I ever owned. What a bunch of junk! Although none were pennies and most were NYSE, few amounted to much and I'm sure that's typical. Yet every IHUBer is certain his junk will be "the next Microsoft." Winners are really rare. Only about 4% of stocks beat money in the bank or T-bills.
