On these calls, Mike D never seems to be pressed for real answers. He stated that with these African contracts the customers expect to commit funds upfront. If those are terms contained within the contract, why doesn’t he reveal how much and when so we could all discover if these are contracts that can be truly banked upon or not. Seems like the board is allowing management to make promises and push back the goal line year after year after year after year.
