He led Xalles Limited and its predecessor companies since 1996. He led the implementation and operations teams for U.S. Bank to implement the PowerTrack freight payment system in the U.S. Department of Defense. For MasterCard, he led the design and development team of the Intergovernmental Commerce Exchange (ICE) which was implemented within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
