Question for the board. The o/s on some of these grey sheet stocks is crazy low. I actually saw one today that was less than 1 million.

Here’s the question. If you accidentally buy over 10% of the o/s does that make you an insider?

Do you have to register your shares with the SEC or is it irrelevant since none of these are listed on an exchange (OTCM is not an exchange)?

Can you freely sell your shares if you do accidentally get over a certain amount (10%?) ?

This isn’t typically something you worry about but it’s rare you can buy millions of shares for triple zero prices in low float companies.

2o2o has been a bizarre year thus far.
