Only thing that gives me pause about it being Impossible is that they said the company has a "broad portfolio of innovative products", and I'm not sure Impossible's products are that broad. They sell burger meat, sausage, and pork, to my knowledge -- so basically a meat company.

Could also just be marketing speak so that people vote for the extension or whatever.

Was thinking it might be something like Califa Farms, potentially? They just raised 225m in Series D funding and probably have a valuation well north of $1B. They've got a little more variety ... coffee, creamers, yogurts, butter, lemonade, of various types and flavors. All plant-based, in major retailers like Target, etc.
