I have been thinking all along about dilution and was hoping for some financials with current float etc. Why dilute at this price though ? If they do pull off this PHS acquisition and get financing for it (they announced prior of some financing to be released) then it would seem credible and undervalued. 160 employees I thought USBO had 5 or something like that. Looking at a daily chart the volume has been way up as of late and many buys have been made from 5-15 cents building a solid base once we move beyond that area.
