QMC claimed to be supplying vendors with QDs for the purpose of authenticating their testing paraphernalia already. If that is not the case I would assume that is fraud upon the shareholders. Likewise if we never see HealthID go to legitimate beta testing and stay indefinitely in the alpha stage I would assume fraud. Not to answer for her but that is my thinking and QMC has given me every right to be` suspicious. QMC, along with their large team of "marketing consultants" as they call themselves, hate the shareholders but love the shareholders' cash.
