A bunch of empty questions answers nothing, nor does it resolve anything. I'm not going to debate how many angels can dance on the head of a pin.

I repeat, "Nothing is relevant until there is a Filing of Chapter 7, or Chapter 11".

While I understand that a Federal filing is subordinate to Qed Connect's responses or answers to Shareholders' questions; silly me...I want to see the Fed Docs.
