One thing about it,EWLL did manage to take the Company from nothing to a full fledged Company for the 26 Million Dollars,things are not cheap to set something up like Tele-health,so my analysis is if all that money was spent to develop the Company,the Company must be worth $26 Million,when the Notes are paid,Lord Global knows that,that's the reason for the LOI IMO.
