Two Cent Todd aka “Two Minute Todd” ( as described by those really close to him) has done a number on HOSed. There are only a handful of boats operating now according to vessel AIS, most of the fleet is either parked, or the vessels not reporting AIS are dark stacked, bleeding HOSed dry to the tune of $50+ million per quarter. Two minute Todd’s idea of raising $100 million won’t last him 2 quarters. The end has been laid at his doorstep, in my opinion.
