No, RCPIQ is just a normal OTC shell now, not "CLEAN" yet unless the court dismisses or closes its bankruptcy case! If RCPIQ were "CLEAN" now like its CH7-"Q" peers (CERPQ and XNNHQ etc.) then we should see it hit 0.0438 (to match the same MV with CERPQ) ~ 0.0069 (to match the same MV with XNNHQ), not at ridiculous low price 0.0005 now!
