The fact that a company claiming to be a Biotech spends almost nothing on R&D. The fact that the company has no physical headquarters or R&D facility. The Fact that it is run by two former penny stock scammers from Chinatel. The fact that they acquired a technology from last century 8 years ago that has no patent protection. The fact that they have been promising clinical trials for 7 years and have not advanced anything beyond a Pre-ind meeting years ago. Or is it their negative balance sheet and ability to raise money only by selling shares at 80% discount to Kenny's pals so he can get paid $1,000,000 a year. LOL Checked and Checked ......
