In the “ best interests “ of ALL stakeholders ana NO “ardships “ to any stakeholders...the courts also told holders to be paytient...The truth is right there...So those who sold their positions or shorted or did”nt get any shares...and support the worthless theory..have no chance of any litigation of being misled...A shares are safe proponent like myself definitely would...
