TOTALLY AGREE !

Trying to sue TD or any other brokerage for failing to process OTC "STOP SIGN NON REPORTING TRASH" (one micro step from GRAY SHEETS) = NOT GOING TO HAPPEN :)

Over ONE YEAR DELINQUENT in SEC filings is enough for a SEC suspension alone.

But these clowns are dumber than the dirt in India they never plowed for their magic "dot" fantasy factory- and had to step off into COVID-19 FRAUD/SCAM pump their trash shares territory now.

THAT is gonna get this POS SEC SUSPENDED - watch :)
