Have to agree. Past record does indicate this is all garbage. However I really think this may be a turnaround. The patent is huge, Hartman knows he needs to get rid of debt , transfer of patent to Halb done for a good reason and probably for more cash , gov loan will definitely come to finance this. The patent is huge if you research the possible outcome. Dr Felder is onto something big here. News coming . This has far more room to move north and very soon. As always stated , we need the big funding news and understanding of relationship with technology health and datatechnics but it’s all happening for a good reason to be revealed shortly
