1st that is one bad review not reviews in 22 years of business, that is pretty dang impressive if I say so myself. The answer to the review was not posted here as it was left out, and if you take the time to read it you will find out the machines were not installed properly by the operator thus causing the problem. You will also find out that we dispatched a service tech that day and took care of the customer even though that was not covered by warranty..Why? Because we take care of our customers.
We have a A plus rating with our BBB and my experience and knowledge in the automatic dispensing industry is hands down a good reason that they picked me.
I have worked in the Automatic Dispensing Industry for over 30 years now and have worked for some of the top manufactures of vending machines in the industry in management positions before I started my own company.
Owned and operated my own company successfully for 20 years now.
