Example: manslaughter and murder is just semantics...Someone is dead so what's the difference. Civil, criminal; what's the difference?

Next: I have read the entire Complaint and nowhere in the Complaint do I see, Criminal Trial, or Criminal Complaint:
This is a Civil trial...Not a Criminal trial, and a Civil Court can not declare someone a criminal. That’s not semantics.
No criminal conviction means...Not a Criminal per U.S. Court System
