The PPP loan MMEX-scam obtained is a non-collateralized, no-documentation loan.

The Federal Government has no expectation of that money being paid back. Like other ‘businesses’ that scammed the program, Mad J., vile fraudster, huckster, grifter, con man, and thief just saw low-hanging fruit - more money to siphon off into his offshore private shell, Maple Resources.

It’s laughable to compare one’s self to the incompetent FedGov…

MMEX - You’ve Been Scammed!

Everyone except the United States Government that is. It loaned Hanks 160,000+. Loaned. They expect to get it back. I would suggest maybe they feel they have a good chance of recouping. I mean, I agree, it hasn't looked good here for a long long time, but the US Gov thinks he's legit. If nothing else, I guess i don't feel so bad for being scammed by Hanks. I'm in good company IMO
