Nope! Ratios is where it is at for me, and capital gains!

I believe you are implying this: Unless one invested in a company like BRK"A" years ago or other kind companies, you would have a point (But due to the cost of the stock, very little could have been purchased).

But accumulating this stock at the prices I purchased them, should in "time" as you are suggesting, (IMO) could result in a return (ROI) in CLSI, at some very nice profits and small capital gain taxes, and could be something to talk about!

Food for thought: If a foundation poured for a house, is only so deep and can only support so much weight and if rented for only so much, the return would only give so much.

But when a foundation is poured for a skyscraper, it has to be poured a lot deeper and thicker, and if rented for all those units, which one do you think would give you a better return (ROI)?

You already know my thinking. I believe time will prove me right!
