Where do you see association with Rosneft? Lets read on:
"Strat is currently completing a proposal that would see a pilot plant installed in early 2007, followed by plants at additional locations as determined"

Doesn't it mean that they still have not signed anything with Rosneft? They are only writing a proposal. IF proposal gets accepted, ONLY THEN we'll be laughing all the way to the bank =)

I HOPE that this will come through. How many of their plans have not been completed? How about the PR of ramping up the production. It's been 30 days. Is it possible that today's PR was released today to put out the fire of Nov 14 PR? Why wouldn't they release this "news" right after they got back from Russia?
