If someone had to guess from the language used in that 8 K, this company is about to go BK.

And who could blame them?

Never in my life have I seen a company go practically into a midlife crisis catharsis when issuing a simple 10 q filing extension.

Should be very cut and dried. "We can't complete our filing in time because of Covid. We expect to have it done by xxx date".

Period.

Instead this company goes out of its way to talk about how bad things are and how bad things will be. Again....in a 10 q extension filing. Are they smoking their own MJ and just talking talking talking?

Bizarre stuff.

Regardless, I would not touch this stock right now. They could announce a BK any moment.
