American Green was part of that run. It went all the way up to 0.112, then crashed down to 0.0001 over the next 5 years before they finally issued a 500:1 reverse split back in September. Since then, they've increased share count nine-fold. Why? Because it's illegitimate. They overpromise and underdeliver, now they are hopping on the COVID hype train.

It's a diluted share selling scam company that is undergoing a pump and dump. Be careful and don't get stuck bagholding this one.
