My guess is patents transferee to Halb at a price to cover toxic debt and that’s why they can cancel reverse and not add another billion. Probably shared ownership in success of Covid patent which could be big. Government funding for the whole research project . Back to working on the anti addiction patch . Biggest thing is toxic debt gone. This will be reflected in the price soon. News will come as they are putting the puzzle pieces together. I am not selling a share here. Might sell a few at 0.005 but not 0.002
