"Paul Thompson is doing nothing but lining his own pockets. He is a disgrace to the legitimate mining industry, which is just going to get worse when Mexus goes bust and leaves a toxic mess on the property, which I am sure environmentalists will blame on the entire industry. And he is a disgrace to the financial industry. Anyone that issues toxic death spiral convertible money is doing nothing but ripping off shareholders and diverting that money to themselves.

Mexus is already doomed - the toxic convertibles are going to kill it. And some people are going to throw more money on the bonfire and into Paul Thompson's pockets?

And the fact that he has utterly fooled a small number of shareholders and somehow convinced them to BEG other shareholders for money to keep Paul Thompson afloat so he can continue to rip off those same shareholders is appalling and disgraceful."
