A/S per 05/08/2020 : 800 million (down from 2 billion)

O/S per 05/08/2020 : 302 million (down from 482 million; 192 million retires/back to treasury)

Restricted per 05/08/2020: 57 million

Free Float per 05/08/2020 : 245 million shares

The financials were not filed yesterday and on twitter I found this explanation:

(1) We continue to seek an updates concerning OTCMarkets and the timing as to when they will process our application and then permit the uploading of our current financial statements and our current OTCMarkets reports.

(2) Sadly, Janis Patterson, the principal of Interstate Transfer passed away, necessitating the company to engage Action Stock Transfer. That may have delayed the process.

The fact that the security details were updated yesterday by OTC tells me we can expect to see the financials filed today or tomorrow. And what's next? A PR on the new Board of Directors, their University Partner and FUNDING. Because BIEI didn't transfer (license) their patents for free. And if this is as good as I think it is they will get their fair part of Government (NIH) Funding. This stock will rock, watch what happens here.
