Believe me I know exactly all of the information about his history and have researched every company he was ever involved in and just like the otc they have not found any information to deem him as a con artist or anything of that sort he has no lawsuits or any other charges that can provide any further information of his misconduct and see him as a visionary but hasn’t been successful in his pursuit which is common for many ceos and yes their always is a history because just like a lot of ceos they have had a long history of many different positions in many different companies. For people to assume that he Had concocted this plan to not only be named as the interim ceo of this company last year and also to believe that he had this planned scam all thought up . I believe he has not had any success and that he honestly doesn’t know how to run a successful business which is much harder than most think . So he probably has inexperience but doesn’t mean he is a crook but it also doesn’t mean he will be able to correct his prior history and learned from the mistakes that were made before . If he truly can’t acknowledge to himself what things he needs to improve and what actions he must take to not only find success at the pink current status but also to be able to make it qb status and stay their in which their will be more financial opportunities and more exposure to more capital and at the same time be able to provide a stable and profitable company for the public shareholders which will be difficult to do if he can’t communicate with shareholders .
