Just for the record, the FDA didn't "crush MZEI" like a cockroach, or otherwise.

Shannon was in the process of doing testing for the FDA, he met with the FDA people in DC and was well-received.

It was mismanagement at the top that crushed MZEI. Once the matter fell into the hands of the bankruptcy court system, it was a dead end.

You are right that there doesn't seem to be any way to bring anything back to life, as far as the previous public company is concerned.
