Yes part of what the judge said was that they through out Ali counter suit against the government and against Ron Carter.
So Ali is appealing that part but not any of the rest of it . So that is good for us . This is just a delaying tactic . He know he is guilty of the rest so the longer he puts it off the better for him. I just hope they can find the money when this is all over and we get the patents
