it was NEVER said....TOP DOG TEAM hired last week...they specialize in MERGERS and BUYOUTS !!! Filing to SEC For a MERGER or BUYOUT and an R/S "IF" needed !!!!!!! (SEC gave them til NOVEMBER for $1.00 Compliance !!!)

CEO at this point in time is in FAVOR of MERGER or BUYOUT !!!

lastly they(MVIS)was GIVEN $9,000,000 Good FAITH MONEY for the deal they HAVE..April 2017 DEAL !!! BIG DEAL !!! happy listening !!!!!
