looking at yesterday's form 3 filing, it does not appear that these preferred shares were ready to be converted in late December 2019.

Based on the 10 days rule, these preferred shares were settled in early March 2020?

If they are converting any time soon, then they are plan to dump shares to the open market? waiting for other events to cash in all their chips?

With DGF forcing those jokers to come out of the dark by June 5th, there's a high possibility something will be announced just right before they get back to OTCQB.
