Absolutely agree. The company has issued large notes according to the increase in the O/S. BBRW have devalued the stock by doing so and there is nobody else to blame. Those note holders have converted those loans into free trading stock at a tremendous discount and that is why BBRW is trading so low. No other reason. Hopefully no other new notes have been issued to further depreciate the shareprice but in the meantime these present note holders still are selling off the ask.
