I do think that's why we'll have resistance before a DIME, and after, but once broken free it will move quickly to a Quarter.... and then beyond!

I've seen so many of these stock hitting so high for no reason...

PCTL is not one of those, a REAL COMPANY, WITH REAL ASSETS, AND REAL CUSTOMERS, BIG ONE'S, HOSPITALS.... AND THE WHOLE WORLD OF DISINFECTANT NEEDS!
