Hard to tell with that series. It tends to trade below the others in terms of percentage of par because of its illiquidity.

I would take the reported price drop (-$4050, -16.17%) with a grain of salt because it hasn't traded since last Friday.

Still, 21% of par isn't much of a discount compared to the universe of illiquid prefs, which mostly trade at 22-23% of par right now.
