It's amazing that they filed it. Even more amazing is how stupid Xavier is to claim the company has 27M in assets. What a fool.

It's actually amazing how Xavier has destroyed a previously clean shell ticker with a ton of potential for a real company to merge into it. But more than just Xavier to blame. Yoder, Boley, and most of all Paul Kahn should have their heads on the chopping block.
