Let me be clear, I hope this test works for the good of the country but once again this is a total fluff PR. This is purely meant to drive up share price, not "inform" shareholders. No meat on the bone. Because a local TV station airs a story without doing an investigation is not news.

Classic pump and dump strategy. By contrast, PCTL does not issue any PRs except contracts signed. Thats the way a CEO SHOULD act if he is on the level.

I don't believe they will ever get approval, not because I know anything about the technology, but because of the way Berman is acting. Flat out shady, if his technology works, why artificially pump up the price? FDA approval would get the share price right back immediately. It smells.
