I'm working out the details now, if the MERGER FINALIZES, then ACCR will file an 8K with the details. I'm giving up management control....I found another Company through a referral........
New CEO, CFO, Legal Team...you guys are experts..........I have much work to do on my own to study the Corporate structure and details of this NEW COMPANY. I think you guys will like my Choice.
