Hahaha, Hoss would have lost the contract cases in court and would have paid one way or the other, it was cheaper not to fight. However, after the initial contracts were consummated the remaining proposed vessel purchases were canceled as well as some being built at that point. Keep trying but just a lil harder next time or just try reading past PRs and 8Ks.
