Great post. Calabria is the one in control, and he has no fiduciary duty to shareholders.



While Calabria did say that the companies will do the actual capital raises, he also said:

My job is going to be "you have to raise capital, you figure out how to do it", and make sure, and I'm going to have to approve how they do it.

It has always been my view that an exit from conservatorship is going to require a large capital raise by Fannie and Freddie.

The shareholders will be heavily diluted when we raise capital.
