I suspect a typo in today's 8k; should have said "Quarterly" where the bold "Annual" is. The entire context leading up to the mention of 6/29/20 was about the 10Q due 5/15/20, not the Annual due earlier. This lines up with Struc's conversation with John. They should publish a correction if so.
