I don't know the definitive answer to that, but my guess would be that the FDA is updating that section (IV.D) of the website after business hours once per day. So they probably received the update on the previous day (the day ARYC was suspended), and the FDA posted it that night.
If you take a look at that section now, you will notice that it says "Updated 5/8". I am betting that will change to "Updated 5/11" after business hours tonight.
