Yeah way over sold I think with the Mergers coming in Hedge fund or Market maker otcx is expecting the company to dump billions of shares to raise funds for the deal but if you look at the requirements to be listed on the otcqb they can't go below .01 and can't go under like 2+ million market cap or get de-listed with in 30 days
