If you’re really interested, call them for more information. They really want you to be apart of the investigation so they can profit on it, not you. As of now, their is no lawsuit, just solicitations for plaintiffs from these companies to investigate whether this is grounds for a lawsuit. It’s really designed to help drop the stock, get investors to become apart of a class action lawsuit and then frustrate the company into a plea deal. It’s really a profiting scam orchestrated by short sellers and law firms, all for profit in their pockets. It’s all legal, they (the law firms) haven’t done anything other than make an announcement aka advertisement, that’s all. Whether they act on it or not, time will tell!
