LOL!!! No legitimate company with revenues, profit, cash, assets, is going to merge into this dead, empty, stinky pink shell company and give away their equity ownership to the bagholders. That would be monumentally stupid.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
