yes, and we all know there is no way to get around that... especially with a guy like Brian Kistler whose past associations with the likes of Jared Hochstedler, Edward R. Miers, and Stephen Carnes (all Indicted) and Larry Powalisz (sued by the SEC), Diane Dalmy (now serving time in prison) ready like a Jail Roster
