What really kills a company is that which has been taking place here for the last decade.
The CEO is answerable to no one; not a board of directors and certainly not the shareholders.
There is no such thing as fiduciary responsibility. The only lies and misrepresentations have been those presented by Mexus itself.
PT says he is producing gold at less than $400/oz. PT says anything he wants to say with no apparent repercussions and that is the tragedy of this hobby miner operation.
Mexus misrepresents in the very first sentence on it's website.
